Write to us

hello@lookwhatihave.com

There is no form on this page on purpose — a form drops what you wrote into a system, and an email gives you a copy of it.

Asking for a family archive

Tell us:

Archives are set up one at a time by a person, which is why there is no sign-up button anywhere on this site.

Getting help with one you have

Please include:

Have a look at help first — it is one page per task and covers most of what comes up.

Do not send us passwords, pairing codes or admin keys.

We will never ask for one. If something needs a credential, we will tell you where on your own system to find it.

If a tablet has been lost or stolen

Tell whoever administers your family archive first — they can revoke that tablet in seconds and it stops working immediately. Then tell us, so we can check nothing else was touched.

Deleting things

See delete my account, which sets out the three different things people mean by that and what each one destroys.

Security

If you have found a security problem, write to the address above with security in the subject and we will come back to you quickly. Please give us a chance to fix it before telling anybody else.
